History
The name Executive Services, Inc. was created by the owner to constantly keep the company's objectives firmly planted in her and the employee.
Executive Services, Inc. (ESI) is a disadvantaged Arkansas corporation founded in 1995 and is based in Little Rock with Joyce Guess as the President. Joyce is a native of Little Rock, a product of the Little Rock School District and attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the University of Arkansas Fayetteville.

The name Executive Services, Inc. was created by the owner to constantly keep the company’s objectives firmly planted in her and the employees.
Our service goals are:
1.Consistent Service – Many companies can obtain a contract, but only consistent service on a daily basis will retain that contract.
2.Integrity and Value – We understand that we are “Guests” in the facilities that we serve. With humble status in mind, we must always strive to respect the building, its owners, and occupants.
3.Professionalism – As your janitorial service provider, we will represent ourselves as you do to your tenants – in acceptable business attire and the use of appropriate business manners.
4.Communication – We provide constant “follow-up” with clients and tenants. This includes not only reactive responses but also proactive initiative (i.e. Address a potential problem before it becomes a problem.
